Yoga Nidra is a practice of inducing complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation through a series of guided steps that lead one’s awareness inwards, withdrawing the senses away from external experiences towards complete relaxation.


This form of relaxation does not replace your daily meditation practice, but can be used as an additional tool during times when life's demands are high or if you are having difficulty sleeping. 

Weekly Yoga Nidra Classes are offered in our private studio.  However, due to the current social distancing restrictions with COVID-19, these sessions are suspended until further notice.
