Hello... thank you so much for stopping by.

Living in the Byron Bay Hinterland, I share my life and love with my husband, our two young boys and our beautiful golden retriever. 

As someone who has lived with a deep sensitivity to all things in my internal and external world, I have dedicated many years to exploring and studying practices that have helped bring balance to my life.

The practice that has undoubtedly enabled me to do this, is a devotion to daily meditation.  It is this lived experience of meditation and its profound impact on my life, that has driven my passion to study many ancient practices, learn a variety of techniques from many amazing teachers and ultimately train to teach and share this knowledge with others.

With a professional background as an Occupational Therapist, the formal aspect of my path to become a Teacher began with obtaining my 500hr Yoga Teacher Training Certificate with Melbourne based Moksha Yoga Academy and accreditation with The Gawler Foundation to teach  'Mindfulness Based Stillness Meditation'.

Most recently I trained under the guidance of Master Meditation and Wisdom teacher, Jonni Pollard to be certified to teach the 1 Giant Mind Being Meditation technique.

For me, the opportunity to share knowledge and hold space for others as they discover the truth of their own nature, is one of life's greatest gifts.

When we allow ourselves precious time out of each day and we learn how to sit with ourselves, we naturally connect to our deepest nature.  From this space, the possibilities that life presents are endless...
