The technique taught by Alisa is the 1 Giant Mind Being Meditation. This technique, developed by Master Meditation and Wisdom Teacher Jonni Pollard, is deeply rooted in ancient wisdom, yet taught in a way that is relatable to people from all walks of life. This technique is ideal for people who have never meditated or have found it difficult to sustain an independent practice. It is easily practiced on your own without the need for guided recordings or ongoing instruction to make it a daily habit- it can be practiced anytime, anywhere. This practice requires no focus or control of the mind- it effortlessly allows the mind to transcend beyond the level of thought, promoting deep rest and recovery in the nervous system from stress and fatigue.
Prior to learning meditation with Alisa, it is highly recommended that you attend a complementary, obligation free talk offered prior to the commencement of each meditation course. During these discussions, information is shared about what the 1 Giant Mind Being Meditation technique is, how it works and why it is such a great practice to learn. These introductory sessions may also be offered individually via on-line video chat.

Alisa teaches the 1 Giant Mind 3-Day Learn Meditation course. This comprehensive course is offered over 3 consecutive sessions lasting 2 hours each.
At the completion of these 3 interactive sessions, students can expect to be meditating independently with a solid foundation of the technique, thus enabling this practice to become an integral part of their daily life. Throughout the course, information will be shared on topics such as the nature of stress and its impact on health and well-being; demystifying common misconceptions about meditation; practical strategies to make meditation a daily habit, as well as discussions designed to enhance one's understanding of how meditation can connect us to our deepest nature- that is, as human beings, connecting us to our "being-ness"!
In-person Group Course: $300 per person
This investment includes 3x 2 hour participation during the 3-Day Course; free attendance to group meditation gatherings; ongoing email support from Alisa as required.

After learning to meditate with Alisa, all students are welcome to attend regular Group Meditation gatherings at no additional cost. These groups are a wonderful way to stay in touch, ask questions and deepen your practice and understanding of meditation. Being part of a community of meditators can be an enriching and motivating way to keep your practice alive as well as form new connections with others.
